Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the websites of Agaram Solutions — agaramsolutions.com, jewelgrow.com and civixo.com — and, together with your service agreement or quotation, the services we provide. By using the websites or services you accept these terms.

1. Our services

Agaram Solutions provides ready-to-run business software — including JewelGrow (jewellery retail ERP) and Civixo (construction management) — workforce applications, mobile marketing services (SMS, WhatsApp, voice, RCS), and custom software development. Website content is informational; the exact scope, plan and pricing of a service are set out in your agreement or quotation.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You agree to register with accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and not use the services for unlawful, abusive or unauthorised purposes — including messaging that violates TRAI/DND or other applicable regulations.

3. Payments

Software subscriptions are charged per the selected plan; messaging services are billed by usage or package; custom development follows the agreed contract. Unpaid charges may lead to suspension of service.

4. Digital delivery

Our offerings are software: access and deliverables are provided digitally — by login, email or app-store distribution.

5. Refunds

Subscription and messaging charges are non-refundable once access or delivery has begun. Payments for custom development are non-refundable once work has commenced. Exceptions are at the discretion of management.

6. Intellectual property

JewelGrow, Civixo, our marks, software and website content are owned by Agaram Solutions. Intellectual-property terms for custom-built software are set in the project agreement.

7. Warranty & liability

Services are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Agaram Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Subscriptions may be terminated with notice as per your agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
