How Agaram approached it
Agaram didn’t start from a fixed package or a feature list. The team first understood how chapters operate, how members take part, how leadership reviews activity, and how a large event runs on the ground. Those realities were mapped into structured workflows, then built on a shared foundation of chapters, members, roles and events — so new programmes could be added later without building a separate app each time.
The impact
YES Connect brought workflows that once lived in separate tools into one place. Member and chapter information became more structured, meeting and event details easier to reach, event check-in faster through QR and facial recognition, and participation and approvals easier to see.
Most importantly, it gave YES a foundation new initiatives can be built on — today it runs end to end across membership, engagement, networking, a marketplace, and large-event and conference management for a 4,200+ member community that keeps growing.
Built around how you work, not the other way
Some organisations run on operations no off-the-shelf product fully fits. YES Connect shows Agaram can understand that complexity, design workflows across many roles, support real-world and large-event operations, and keep evolving a platform as needs grow — then keep running it. Built and operated by Agaram.
